When taxi cab was first introduced in Dhaka city in the late 90s, people thought that the transportation problem would be solved to some extent. But due to lack of proper administration, taxi cab is now a problem to the people of Dhaka city. There are many allegations against the taxi drivers. They refuse to go by the passengers' needs. But, despite a pile of allegations against the taxi drivers, it seems that no one is responsible for monitoring the situation. What will the passengers do then?
