Skilled manpower
There is severe shortage of skilled manpower in the garment sector in Bangladesh. It is a serious pre-alert for our second largest foreign currency-earning sector. We have a huge number of workers, but we don't have the needed number of skilled workers.
The issue deserves a closer look.
