One stop service
The service delivered at the one stop service at the passport office at Agargaon is simply outstanding and deserves appreciation. There has been a significant improvement in the overall service.
The service is prompt, easy and free of bribery. Gone are the days of mastans, hoodlums and the brokers. Gone are the days of unnecessary delays and hassles. The chaotic scene at the gates is gone. Everything is being run in an orderly manner and appears to be disciplined.
The entire area offers a decent look. The officials are courteous and friendly. It's a huge change from the past. I would like to congratulate the caretaker government for addressing the grievances of the people.
Hope we can maintain the order and discipline.
