"Survival of the fittest" is the order of the day. Those who treat their customers as "the king" are successful. Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction/loyalty, which is the basis for the very survival of an organisation (both public and private). Bangladeshi businesses, after establishing their corporate and/or brand image mostly through "sweet talk", tend to take a "smooth ride" on the mass customer base - hardly caring about customer satisfaction.
