<i>Power plants</i>

We cannot imagine our daily life without electricity. But load-shedding is part of our daily life. Recently, the caretaker government established many power plants, especially in Sylhet. But these power plants were not set up in a planned way. My question to the government, why did you give permission to establish a power plant in a residential area and near a university?
