Awami League (AL) activists here expressed their happiness after learning the news of party nomination of six local AL leaders Monday evening for contesting the upcoming parliamentary elections from six constituencies of the district.
The AL leaders are former lawmaker Advocate Saydul Haque (Brahmanbaria 1), Kamal Ahmed (Brahmanbaria 2), Advocate Lutful Hi Satchu (Brahmanbaria 3), former lawmaker Advocate Md Shah Alam (Brahmanbaria 4), businessman Faezur Rahman Badal (Brahmanbaria 5) and former lawmaker Captain AB Tajul Islam (Bramanbaria 6).
