2 killed in Rajshahi
Two persons were killed in separate incidents in Puthia and Godagari upazilas yesterday.
The victims are Shariful Islam, 38 of Kadma village in Godagari upazila and rickshaw van puller Taslim Uddin, 35 of Gondogohali village in Puthia upazila.
Unidentified criminals broke open the door of Shariful's house and hacked him to death, police said.
Police recovered body of rickshaw van puller Taslim from a roadside ditch. He was missing since Friday.
The body bore marks of torture and his hands and legs were tied with ropes.
