Ershad seeks vote for Hasina
Jatiya Party Chairman HM Ershad sought vote for Awami League president Sheikh Hasina in Rangpur-6 constituency.
Addressing a wayside meeting at Pirganj (Rangpur-6) bus stand on his way to Dhaka, the Jatiya Party chief said, if the grand alliance is voted to power, they would bring massive change in the country through development.
Criticizing BNP-led alliance government, Ershad said whenever BNP came to power they amassed wealth by plundering people's wealth.
He called upon the people to cast their vote for grand alliance candidates so that BNP-led four party alliance can not come to power again.
During his three-day visit to northern districts, he visited Lalmonirhat and Kurigram. He submitted his nomination paper for Kurigram-2, and Rangpur-3 constituencies on Sunday.
