Load shedding in Chittagong

Summer has not yet set in, but we, the people of Chittagong city, are already experiencing an acute power shortage. There are, in a day, several hours of supply cut time for the city dwellers during the day and more terribly at night. As a result, children and the old people are the worst victims. However, one wonders why the SSC examinees have to undergo this kind of ordeal every year. Students sitting for their first public exam are bearing the brunt of this power failure. We strongly urge the authorities concerned to come up quick with the necessary measures to salvage the people of Chittagong.
