Tipaimukh, no problem?
Foreign Minister Dr. Dipu Moni has said that if India builds the Tipaimukh dam the problem that will occur is not that acute.
If India builds the dam, the people of Sylhet will be the worst victims.
I would urge the government to come forward and seek a solution to this problem within the framework of bilateralism with India.
