Amend constitution for people's sake

I am too much worried about the present political situation in the country. Both the ruling and opposition parties are fighting for power. None of them is thinking about the country. Mutual understanding between the political parties is not good at all. So I think 15th amendment is not applicable in the present situation. What is needed now is to re-amend the constitution for the sake of people. The opposition is also responsible for this stagnant situation. Public tolerance is decreasing because of shutdowns, arsons and killings. I would request our leaders to do something positive so that we can learn from them.
