Information and Broadcasting Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud yesterday said the oath of Independence Day is to eliminate all anti-liberation forces.

He said this while talking to journalists after paying homage to Bangabandhu by placing wreaths at his portrait at Dhanmondi road -32 along with central leaders of AL marking Independence Day.

Hasan, also joint general secretary of Awami League, said urged all to work together for the betterment of the country.
