BBA in Agri. should be eligible for Business admin jobs
This refers to one of my recent write-ups on the academic and professional status of Agri-business Management graduates of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University (SAU), Dhaka and other agricultural universities of the country. I would like to inform all concerned that the academic council of SAU in its recent meeting under the chairmanship of vice chancellor Prof. Md. Shadat Ulla has changed the nomenclature of the Degree from B.Sc. Agri-business Management (Hons.) to BBA in Agri. as per the demand of the time and at par with such degrees of other agricultural varsities.
In fact, an Agri-Business graduate of SAU studies not only the subjects taught in general BBA courses but other related agricultural science subjects to independently run the business management activities of an organisation including those of an agricultural farm.
It is sincerely hoped that the organisations concerned will provide our BBA in Agriculture graduates with the opportunity to apply for jobs related to business administration and management.
