Blessings of social networking sites
At twenty-six, my friends and colleagues celebrated my birthday for the first time in my life, and it had become possible with the blessings of social networking sites. I was brought up in a conservative middle class family and we would not celebrate anyone's birthday in our family. But it gave me joyful feelings when my friends and colleagues celebrated my birthday. I was surprised how they knew the date but later came to know that they knew it through a social networking site. Social networking sites allow users to share ideas, activities, events and interests.
