Sheikh Hasina is the main reason of decreasing popularity of AL. She should resign from politics immediately if AL wants to regain its popularity.

From this survey it's clear that AL cannot come back to power. Also it's beyond doubt that not just BNP but big majority of people want CTG. AL is solely responsible for turmoil, loss of life and destruction of property, because they are not agreeing with the majority's demand for CTG.

Very good jobs indeed, if 'good jobs' are defined by killings, forced disappearances, murders through crossfire, sustaining a thug culture, putting opposition leaders in prison, closing down opposition party offices, squandering public money through Hall-Mark and share market manipulation, pleasing a big neighbouring country at the expense of national interests and keeping silent about BSF's unabated killings of innocent Bangladeshis. A survey does not always work like a physical law (like law of gravitation). Remember Obama's election against Hillary Clinton and John McCain? There were also surveys which predicted Obama would be defeated but the result was opposite. Finally, it is the free, fair and credible election that will determine everything.

So it is established that people do not vote for a party for their concrete performances that really benefits them. They exercise their voting right based on some vacuous consideration. Here lies the root cause for the degeneration of politics in this country.
