Encourage use of lungi
Lungi has been banned in some parts of Dhaka a few months ago. The lungi looks cool, elegant and this is the type of thing tourists want to see. I think your rickshaw pullers look great wearing lungi. Tourists travel in order to experience all things different from their own country and lungi is one of those. Please encourage the wearing of the lungi in all parts of Bangladesh. If I traveled to Bangladesh, I would not spend my money in any shop or restaurant that banned traditional dress. If I want to see men dressed in the dismal, depressing, grey, black, blue or brown suits they have worn for two centuries, I only need to step out my door.
