Forecast warns of flash floods in the country’s northern region

Flood Forecasting and Warning Centre (FFWC) today forecast that water levels of Teesta, Dharla and Dudhkumar rivers in the country’s northern region may rise rapidly in the next 72 hours resulting in situations triggering flash floods at some places there.
