Journalists merely silent watchers?
Nowadays whenever I open the newspaper I'm greeted either by a burning bus or by a suffering patient at the burn unit of DMCH. Journalists take pictures of buses being torched and rail tracks being removed, but can't they take the pictures of the miscreants who are involved in these heinous acts? Why don't they stop the miscreants before they go into action? Journalists are the ones to know who are the gangs involved in such acts; so why don't they inform the police and Rab beforehand?
Undoubtedly, it is a good thing that we are being well informed about these horrifying incidents, but what is the use of it, if we can't catch the people involved? Our fellow journalists are merely silent bystanders of these events. The journalists are the ones who risk their lives every day to provide us with news. Can't they take another step to help identify these murderers and save us from this eternal nightmare?
