Bombs hurled at Suranjit’s Zigatola house

Unidentified miscreants hurled two crude bombs at the houses of ruling Awami League lawmaker Suranjit Sengupta at Zigatola in Dhaka this evening.
Window glasses of a room used by the lawmaker for studying on the ground floor were shattered in the attack around 10:30pm, Kamrul Hossain, Suranjit’s personal secretary told The Daily Star.
None however was hurt, he said.
A case was filed with Hazaribagh Police Station immediately after the attack, Kamrul said.
