Pinak-6-type tragedies waiting to happen

After the Pinak-6 capsize, we got nothing but condolences from the authorities. The victims' families will bear the irreparable loss for the rest of their lives. Yes, the owner of Pinak-6 has been caught. But we don't know if any kind of punishment will be given to him or whether he will go scot-free. This type of accident happens regularly in Bangladesh and by not protesting these man-made disasters, we are actually allowing this to go on.
