RUN ALL NIGHT

Run All Night stars Neeson as Jimmy Conlon, a seasoned hitman (once known as "The Gravedigger") who knows his days are numbered, before his life ends at the wrong end of a gun. However, when Jimmy's estranged grown-up son Mike (Joel Kinnaman) lands in trouble, Jimmy chooses to turn against his longtime boss, Shawn Maguire (Ed Harris), in order to find some redemption for his past sins… but first, he'll have to protect his son from a small army of professional killers and crooked cops for the next 24 hours. You can get a few of the finer plot details for Run All Night from the newly-released trailer, but the general idea seems to be that, after the first act, it's one long race to the finish line, with Neeson and Kinnaman (star of the 2014 RoboCop reboot) struggling to stay alive. Run All Night opens in theaters on 17 April 2015.
