Shoriful takes two in Powerplay

Bangladesh pacer Shoriful Islam picked up two wickets in two balls in the 10th over of the innings to dismiss New Zealand opener Finn Allen and top-order batter Dean Foxcroft as Tigers try to defend 171 in the third and final ODI at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on Tuesday.

Shoriful bounced Allen out after the right-handed batter scored a 26-ball 28 and in the very next delivery, he castled Foxcroft by bowling a full-length ball that swung into the batter leaving the visitors two down for 49.
