Bangladesh played their second and final closed-door practice match against Bangkok Women’s FC at the Alpine Sports Training Camp ground on Sunday as part of their preparations for the upcoming SAFF Women’s Championship 2026.

Bangladesh qualified for the AFC U-16 Women’s Championship proper only twice after crossing the qualification hurdle in 2016 and 2018 and the girls will hope to repeat that feat in the AFC U-17 Women’s Championship, which will serve as part of Asia’s qualifiers for the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.
