The Atlanta survivors will return to the small screen on February 8 in the second half of the fifth season. To tide fans over until then, AMC has unveiled a 30-second trailer with the vaguely hopeful title "Another Day."

Judging by the new trailer, things are about to get even more dismal and violent for Rick and his fellow survivors. Having lost all their illusions after the events of the previous episodes, the armed survivors make their way through the forest, looking out for zombies at every turn.

On hiatus since November 30, "The Walking Dead" will return to AMC on February 8 with the first of the eight remaining episodes in its fifth season.

On the same night, the post-apocalyptic series will serve as a launch pad for the new "Breaking Bad" spin-off "Better Call Saul," which is set for a two-part premiere. The second part will air on Monday in what will be the show's usual slot.

Will "The Walking Dead" pull off yet another ratings record this February? So far, the show's highest audience was recorded on October 12, when 17.3 million viewers tuned in for the fifth season premiere.
