Dhaka-Delhi ties in new heights: Indian HC

Ties between Dhaka and Delhi have reached a new height, Indian High Commissioner to Dhaka Harsh Vardhan Shringla said today.

Pulling reference to role of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and Indira Gandhi, Shringla said Hasina's leadership has "scaled Dhaka-Delhi ties to new heights".

The Indian high commissioner was speaking at the launching of a new fully air-conditioned coach of the Maitree Express, a press release of the Indian mission read.
