New arrest over India flyover tragedy

Indian police yesterday arrested a fourth employee of a construction firm building a flyover that collapsed killing 26 people, one of Kolkata's most senior officers said. Three workers were also arrested late Friday, a day after the flyover crashed down onto the busy street in the eastern city, crushing pedestrians and vehicles.
