Scrapping of BCS test demanded in Rajshahi, Chittagon
The test was held on Friday.
BCL brought out a procession and held a rally at RU protesting the leakage, a RU correspondent reported.
The demonstrators chanted various anti-government slogans and said the leakage glaringly proves rampant corruption at high level of the government. The administration and all systems will collapse and recruitment of merit basis will disappear if such corruption in public examinations continues. This will lead to total anarchy in all fields, speakers at the rally said.
In Chittagong, leaders of BCU's district and Chittagong University units in a joint statement expressed deep concern over the second time leakage of question for the same test.
Nepotism and corruption in the higher level of the administration is responsible for this, they said. The incident proves collapse of the administration and rule of law they said and demanded immediate action against those responsible for this.
Signatories to the statement include BCU city unit president Mintu Chowdhury, general secretary Sayed Shakhawat, its CU unit president Ripayan Barua and general secretary Dev Prasad Debu.
