Hartal observed at Rangpur

BCL called the hartal in protest against the killing of its activist Rashidul Islam Hitlar allegedly by armed activists of Chhatra Shibir during daytime on Carmichael College campus on Wednesday last.

The victim's father lodged a case against eight Shibir activists but police are yet to arrest any of them, sources said.
