Bhola's road link restored

Communication through the lone road linking Bhola with Barisal and the rest of the country was disrupted as Roads and Highways (R&H) Department employees at Kiretonkhola ferry terminal went on strike on Thursday noon after one of them was beaten by some people protesting frequent disruption in the ferry service.

Sources said dislocation in ferry service at the same point snapped the road link four times in recent three weeks.
