Eligibility for RU admission test
Students who got at least GPA-3 in both Secondary School Ceritificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations totaling GPA-6 will be eligible to apply for sitting in admission test in Science group of first year Honours classes for 2003-2004 session.
In Humanities and Commerce groups, the required eligibility will be GPA-3 in SSC and GPA-2.5 in HSC examination totaling GPA5.5.
A total of 3,010 seats are available in 44 departments of the university, said the academic council sources, adding that each department would select students independently.
Meanwhile, the test will be held from February 14, 2004.
The distribution of the admission from will begin from December 27, 2003 and will continue till January 15, 2004.
Price for each form has been fixed at Tk 75 which would be available at the university's Agrani Bank branch.
