'Crime probe centre' opens in Patuakhali
Home Minister Altaf Hossain Chowdhury inaugurated a Crime Investigation Centre at Kathaltali village under Mirjagonj upazila in the district on Friday.
Local political, representatives of the local elite, Inspector General of Police Shahudul Haq, Patuakhali Police Superintendent Aourangjeb Mahbub and other high police officials attended the function.
The home minister told the function that the government was trying its best to improve law and order and sought cooperation from all in this regard.
