One killed, 20 hurt in clash over land in B'baria
One person was killed Sanu Mia, 24, was killed and 20 people were injured in a clash in a land dispute at Bulla village in the Sadar upazila on Friday.
Police said Sanu Mia, 24, son of Abdul Malek of the village was killed when supporters of Gulap Khan and Guab Ali clashed over possession of a land in the village.
Five of the injured were admitted to Brahmanbaria Sadar Hospital. They are Dana Mia, 22, Rustam Ali 55, Siraj Ali, 40, Almas Khan 35, Sachchu Mia' 15 and Harun Mia, 25. The rest were released after treatment.
One person was arrested after a murder case was filed with the Sadar thana.
