Pubali Bank launches premium lounge at Osmani airport

Pubali Bank PLC has launched a premium lounge named “Pubali Bank Green Lounge” at the domestic terminal of Osmani International Airport in Sylhet as part of its efforts to provide customer-centric, modern and premium banking services.

Rumana Sharif and Rana Laila Hafiz, directors of the bank, inaugurated the lounge at a ceremony recently held in Sylhet, according to a press release.

Mohammad Ali, managing director and CEO of the bank, attended the programme and said Pubali Bank remains committed to delivering world-class banking experiences to its customers.

“The inauguration of the ‘Green Lounge’ marks another significant step towards providing our valued credit cardholders with a more comfortable, secure and premium travel experience,” he said.

“The bank would continue to introduce innovative, customer-focused services in the future,” he added.

The lounge has been introduced to enhance the travel experience of the bank’s credit cardholders by offering a modern and relaxing environment.

It features amenities such as premium refreshments, high-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable seating arrangements. Eligible credit cardholders of the bank, along with one companion, will enjoy complimentary access to the lounge.

Among others, Chowdhury Md Shofiul Hassan, general manager of the bank’s Sylhet Principal Office; NM Firoz Kamal, deputy general manager and head of the card business division; Md Fazlul Kabir Chowdhury, deputy general manager and regional head for Sylhet East; Md Ruhul Amin, deputy general manager and regional head for Sylhet West; Pradyot Kanti Das, deputy general manager and regional head for Moulvibazar Region; and Niklesh Kar, chief security officer of the airport, were also present.
