Jucsu Cultural Secretary Jisan resigns from post

Jahangirnagar University Central Students’ Union (Jucsu) Cultural Secretary Mahibullah Sheikh Jisan has announced his resignation from the post.

He made the announcement in a Facebook post on his personal profile late last night.

“I, Sheikh Jisan Ahmed, hereby resign from the post of Jucsu cultural secretary. The administration will receive the written copy of my resignation next Sunday,” he wrote.

“I am not a political person, and I will never enter politics in the future. I do not like the dirtiness of politics,” he wrote, adding, “Thank you Jahangirnagar, for everything.”

However, he did not mention any specific reason for his decision to resign in the post.
