Adarsh Swaika to act as Indian envoy until Harsh Vardhan's arrival

Adarsh Swaika, deputy high commissioner of India in Dhaka, will act as the high commissioner until Harsh Vardhan, the new high commissioner, arrives in mid-January next year, said a press release yesterday.
Pankaj Saran, immediate past high commissioner, left Bangladesh yesterday.
