BGB honours 57 gallant freedom fighters

Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) accorded a reception to 57 gallantry award winning freedom fighters in Bir Uttam Fazlur Rahman Khandker auditorium in the capital yesterday, on the occasion of BGB Day.

Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Huq was present as chief guest, while Director General of BGB Maj Gen Aziz Ahmed presided over the function, said a press release.

Besides, family members of the gallantry award recipients outside Dhaka city were given receptions under the management of the respective sector commanders of BGB.
