DSCC mayor distributes free garbage bags in Azimpur

Dhaka South City Corporation Mayor Sayeed Khokon yesterday distributed free garbage bags among the residents of Azimpur Chhapra Mosque area to speed up waste management.

He urged the dwellers to use the bags only for carrying garbage and to dump those with the garbage at a certain place so that waste management workers can take those in a systematic way, says a press release.

On the occasion, he assured the city dwellers of taking proper steps to increase civic amenities under DSCC.
