Nazrul president, Rifat GS of BCS (information) Betar officers assoc

Nazrul Islam, deputy press secretary to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, and Sheikh Muhammad Rifat Ali, director of national Institute of Mass Media, were elected president and general secretary respectively of the BCS (Information) Betar Officers Welfare Association.

Others office bearers include Al Amin Khan, organising secretary; Abdul Haque, vice-president; Shafiqul Alam, assistant general secretary; Sharif Md Apu, treasurer, and Noorelahi Mina, executive member; says a press release.
