Obituary

Abdur Rashid Mia, chief treasurer of Millat Group, died of a heart attack on Friday at Dhaka's Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital. He was 58.

He left behind his mother, brother, sister, wife, three sons and a daughter. He was buried in Muradnagar in Comilla, said a press release yesterday.

Chairman of the group Miah Abdullah Wazed, executive directors Millat uz Zaman and Mehfuz Zaman mourned his death.
