Obituary
Justice Muhammad Habibur Rahman Khan died of old-age complications at the capital's United Hospital yesterday. He was 85.
He also served as the chairman of Bangladesh Press Council, and Truth and Accountability Commission, president of Dhaka Bar Association, and vice president of Supreme Court Bar Association.
His body will be taken to the High Court premises and his first namaz-e-janaza will be held at the Supreme Court Jame Mosque at 1:00pm today, said his brother advocate Khalilur Rahman.
He will be buried beside his parents' graves at Sheota village in Manikganj following his second namaz-e-janaza at Sheota Jame Mosque after Asr prayers.
