Obituary

Ayub Hossain, an agriculture researcher and former leader of Bangladesh Communist Party, died of heart disease at Jessore Medical College Hospital early yesterday. He was 74.  
He left behind his wife, a son and a daughter.
He was buried at his family graveyard at Kuturakandi village in Jessore's Bagharpara upazila following a namaz-e-janaja there.
