Obituary

Nazmul Hasan, former executive director of Bangladesh Bank, died of cardiac arrest in the capital's Apollo Hospital yesterday. He was 66.

He left behind his wife and two sons, says a BB press release.

He was buried at Banani graveyard after a namaz-e-janaza at the Banani Jame Masjid.

BB Governor Atiur Rahman expressed condolences to the bereaved family members.
