RHD demolishes illegal structures in Savar

The Roads and Highways Department demolished the illegal structures on its land on the both sides of Dhaka-Aricha highway at Genda bus stand in Savar outside the capital yesterday.

Executive magistrate, Md Jubaer, also assistant commissioner (land) of Savar, who led the drive, said they took the action following an official order.

"We will remove all the structures beside Dhaka-Aricha highway from Aminbazar to Nobinagar soon," he said.
