Stabbed teenage boy dies at DMCH

A teenage boy died at Dhaka Medical College Hospital yesterday a day after he had been stabbed by one of his friends in the capital's Mohammadpur.

The deceased was Md Aquib, 17, son of Jamal Uddin Bhuiyan of Bottola area in Mohammadpur.

Jamal Uddin Mir, officer-in-charge of Mohammadpur Police Station, told The Daily Star that his friend attacked him in Kulpar area following a previous enmity.

The police official, however, did not disclose the name of the friend for the sake of investigation, saying that they were trying to arrest the person.
