Three children drown in Kushtia

Three children drowned in separate water bodies in Daulatpur upazila of Kushtia on Thursday evening.

Amir Ali, 5, son of Rentu Ali, went to play near a pond at Daulatkhali village and drowned.

Locals found the floating body of Ankhi Khatun, 6, daughter of Abul Kalam, in a ditch at Refayatpur hours after she left home.

Harun Ali, 3, son of Sakib Ali, drowned in a water body at Boiragirchar village.
