Two errant eateries fined in Ctg

A mobile court of the Chittagong district administration yesterday fined two eateries Tk 60,000 in Chittagong city on different charges including not maintaining hygiene.

The court, led by Executive Magistrate Mohammad Ruhul Amin, fined Dawat Restaurant in Jamalkhan area Tk 10,000 while Hotel Café Jubilee in Enayet Bazar area Tk 50,000.

The court also found that fishes and meats were preserved in dirty conditions, the magistrate said.
