We welcome the change in Sri Lanka where the people had the opportunity to exercise their rights. Even fragile Pakistan has followed the democratic norms having an election to transfer power. Bangladesh can not afford to fall behind. We demand a free and participatory election here to overcome the ongoing impasse.
