3 held with Yaba, pistol

Police arrested three people with 1,000 Yaba tablets, 27 bottles of phensidyl and one pistol at Dhulirpar village in Daudkandi upazila of the district early yesterday.

The arrestees are Jahangir Alam of Dhulirpar village in the upazila, Palash of Biramkandi village in Titas upazila, and Champa Begum, wife of Abdur Rahman of Gunapara village in Sadar upazila.
