Kid drowns in pond

A three-year-old boy drowned in a pond at Kalukhali village in Kaliganj upazila of the district yesterday. The boy  is Israfil Hossain, 3, son of Delwar Hossain of the village. Family said Israfil was playing on the bank of a pond near the house. Suddenly, he slipped into the pond and drowned.
