Three escape from jail

Three suspected criminals got released from Sunamganj jail yesterday by producing bail papers issued in the name of others to the jail authorities. On October 25, police arrested Rumen, 20, Tarek, 20, and Joglu, 19, from different upazilas and produced them before a court that sent them to the jail, said Azizul Islam, jailer of Sunamganj District Jail. The trio took advantage of negligence of the duty officer and fled the jail compound by hiding their real identities.
